Apropos Group LLC provides AI-powered automation systems for government agencies, enterprise clients, and small to mid-sized businesses, including:

  • Lead Manager CRM — Automated lead capture and dashboard delivery
  • AI Contact Center — Conversational AI for customer intake
  • AI Website Design Studio — AI-driven website generation
  • Custom AI automation and business process digitization

Services are delivered under a separate service agreement, statement of work, or government contract. These Terms apply to website use and general engagement unless a separate agreement governs a specific project.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or entering into a service arrangement
  • Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our systems or proprietary logic
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your use of our services

Government Contracting

Apropos Group LLC is a SAM.gov registered small business. All government engagements are subject to applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific requirements. Contract terms, pricing, and deliverables are governed by the executed contract vehicle or purchase order, which supersedes these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, system designs, and proprietary automation logic remain the property of Apropos Group LLC. Service engagements do not transfer ownership of underlying systems unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apropos Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts paid under the applicable agreement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Clark County, Nevada, subject to any superseding requirements applicable to federal contract disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
